1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Onepane's services, you ("Customer," "User," "You") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), whether as a visitor or registered user. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Onepane.

2. About Onepane

Onepane is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps enterprise customers improve cloud resiliency, enforce governance, standardize naming conventions, gain visibility into Azure cloud resources, and streamline incident response. Onepane integrates with your Azure environment to analyze and surface metadata, insights, and automation opportunities.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

Are at least 18 years old
Are not barred from using the Service under applicable law

4. Enterprise Use & Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and connect your Azure environment. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
Ensuring only authorized personnel access the Service
All activities under your account

You agree to keep your information accurate and current.

5. License Grant

Onepane grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during the subscription term solely for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Onepane.

You shall not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service for competitive analysis or benchmarking
Access the Service to build a similar or competing product

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data submitted to the platform from your Azure environment ("Customer Data"). You grant Onepane a limited license to use this data solely to provide, improve, and support the Service.

We will not access your data except:

To provide and maintain the Service
With your explicit consent
As required by law

7. Security and Compliance

Onepane is committed to enterprise-grade security. While we implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, you are responsible for maintaining compliance within your own Azure tenant. We are not liable for misconfigurations or policy violations caused by your internal usage or access policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ONEPANE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEPANE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. ONEPANE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
